ABOUT
Adrienne Cisley Rose is a New York-based multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of photography, graphic design, and a focus on hand-built ceramics. Born in Brooklyn and shaped by her experiences across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Georgia, and Grenada, she developed a deep appreciation for the parallels between human nature and the natural world—an ongoing theme in her work.
With a background in Communication Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Adrienne’s practice blends digital and tactile mediums, exploring materiality, process, and form. She has held key creative and administrative roles at firms like Adjaye Associates, Apparatus Studio, and Standard Issue Design, leading research, archival organization, and studio coordination. Her artistic journey includes residencies such as the Shiro Oni Fall Anagama Residency and exhibitions at the Bronx Art Space.
Beyond her studio practice, Adrienne engages in creative research, social engagement through craft, and the intersection of design, sustainability, and community-building. For inquiries or commissions, please feel free to reach out via email.
